Your Role

As an All-Round Staff Member, you will be responsible for first contact with our guests at the front desk and during breakfast service. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, and actively provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area. You’ll be attentive to guest needs and respond accordingly. In this role, you will manage phone calls and perform related administrative tasks accurately. You’ll answer emails and be proficient in working with the hotel reservation system. Additionally, you’ll handle check-outs for departing guests. You are a flexible team player that colleagues can rely on. Furthermore, you enjoy offering full service to guests in the restaurant during the evening and at breakfast, providing them with knowledgeable recommendations and complementary drinks for their dinner.

Your Profile

This role is perfect for you because:

• You have experience as a receptionist and restaurant staff member.
• You are service-oriented.
• You are familiar with hotel reservation systems.
• You don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality.
• You work accurately and neatly.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• You enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team.
• You are presentable in appearance and have a commercial mindset.
