Your Role
As a cook, you will be specifically responsible for the entire mise en place. You will assist the head chef with all daily tasks. You will prepare à la carte, lunch, and menu dishes. You will advise colleagues and guests on the dishes and their combinations. Naturally, you will ensure excellent hygiene and be familiar with HACCP standards.
Your Profile
This role is perfect for you because:
- You have completed a culinary training at MBO level 3/4.
- You have demonstrable and relevant work experience in (renowned) restaurants.
- You are enthusiastic, energetic, and presentable.
- You are stress-resistant, can take responsibility, and have an eye for detail.
- You possess technical skills in taste and product knowledge.
- You are passionate about your profession and this shows in your work.
