Front Office Employee FT/PT

Your Role

As a Front Office Employee, you will be responsible for the first contact with our guests. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, and actively inform them about the hotel and the surrounding area. You will be able to assess guests' needs and respond accordingly. You will operate the telephone switchboard and carry out the related administrative tasks carefully. You will also respond to emails and manage reservations in the hotel reservation system. Additionally, you will handle the check-out process for departing guests. You are a flexible team player, and your colleagues can truly rely on you. Furthermore, you have the necessary F&B experience and can provide support in the restaurant operation when needed.

Your Profile

This role suits you because:

• You have experience as a receptionist;
• You are service-oriented;
• You are familiar with hotel reservation systems;
• You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality;
• You work meticulously and neatly;
• You are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English;
• You enjoy being part of a small and close-knit team;
• You are presentable and have a commercial mindset.
