Front Office Staff

Your Role
As a Front Office Staff member, you will be responsible for the first contact with our guests. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, and proactively inform them about the hotel and the surrounding area. You are capable of identifying guest needs and responding accordingly. You will operate the switchboard and handle the related administrative tasks accurately. You will respond to emails and process reservations in the hotel reservation system. You will also manage the check-out process for departing guests. You are a flexible team player who can be counted on by your colleagues. Additionally, you have the necessary F&B experience and can provide support in the restaurant operation when needed.

• You have experience as a receptionist
• You are service-oriented
• You have knowledge of hotel reservation systems
• You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality
• You work precisely and neatly
• You are proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English
• You enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team
• You are presentable and commercially minded

What Do We Offer?

• A challenging full-time position for 5 days a week
• Salary according to the hospitality collective labor agreement, depending on your knowledge and experience
